Matt has been playing various instruments since childhood and is a self taught guitarist. He grew up in southeast Georgia and was a classical pianist from the country. The southern twang is evident in his playing and song writing style. The rural lifestyle followed him to Nebraska where, when he wasn’t working…he found time to learn how to play the guitar in front of his friends on back porches all over Cheyenne county. Many beers were drank and songs were sang. After high school he became more bent on being a “real” guitarist and has been chasing gigs ever since. Live performance is where this band’s heart is.
